An Act enhancing the punishment for child endangerment.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 13L of Chapter 265 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the words “2 1/2 years” in line 25 the following phrase: “or in the state prison for not less than two and one-half years and not more than ten years.”
