An Act An act relative to recording court proceedings.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all courts of the Commonwealth shall record all proceedings through either visual or audio recording, and shall make such recordings available to the public at a reasonable fee.
