An Act protecting the public from driving under the influence of marijuana.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 32L of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “vehicles”, in line 40, the following words:- , including the possibility that the odor of marijuana in a vehicle may provide a police officer with probable cause to believe criminal activity is underway,”.
