An Act relative to juvenile murder retroactivity.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 72B of chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph at the end thereof:-
“The foregoing provisions shall be applicable regardless of when a person is or has been found guilty of murder.”
