An Act relative to the crime of arson.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 63 of Chapter 277 of the General Laws as so appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting in line 16 after the words, Chapter 265, the following new words:- “or sections 1, 2, 5, 5A and 10 of chapter 266”
