An Act relative to nondiscrimination regional advisory boards.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 151 B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “women”, in line 8, the following words: - ; individuals who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual or queer; individuals who identify with a transgender experience.
