An Act relative to motor vehicle homicide sentencing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 3. Section 24G of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of subsection (c) the following sentence:- Sentencing of imprisonment for the conviction of a violation of subsection (a) or (b) shall be served consecutively to and not concurrent with convictions of operating a motor vehicle after revocation or suspension of his or her license, and prior to the restoration of such license or right to operate or the issuance to him or her of a new license or right to operate.
