SECTION 1. Notwithstanding sections 40E to 40J, inclusive, of chapter 7 of the General Laws, the Commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance may convey for consideration parcels of land of approximately 18.3 acres, 32.3 acres and 9.63 acres located on the east and west side of Green Street in the Town of Shrewsbury to the Town. The conveyance shall be by deed without warranties or representations by the Commonwealth.
SECTION 2. In consideration for and as a condition of the conveyance authorized in section 1, the town of Shrewsbury shall pay $1.
SECTION 3. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Shrewsbury, its successors and assigns shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, costs associated with any engineering, surveys, and deed preparation.
