As required by Section 2 Chapter 165 of the Acts of 2014, the Office of the Comptroller is submitting this fourth quarter BFY2015, as of June 30, 2015, report on “Settlements and Judgments” to the Senate and House Committees on Ways and Means.

 

The attached report contains information regarding payments, by department, of settlements and judgments from appropriation account 1599-3384.

 

The total spent during the Fourth quarter of BFY2015 was $5,949,622.

 

In summary: 

 

Through the end of the fourth quarter of BFY15 $10,000,000 was appropriated to the settlement and judgment account (1599-3384).  A total of $5,949,622 was spent during the fourth quarter.
