An Act relative to regional school district capital improvements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (n) of Section 16 of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 132, the word “eight”, and inserting in place thereof the following word:- thirteen
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
