An Act relative to the definition of 'part-time'.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any special or general law, or rule or regulation to the contrary, the definition of “part-time” shall mean under 20 hours per week.
