An Act supporting our natural landmarks.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 40 Section 21D of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following language in the fifth paragraph:

after the word "dollars": ", except in the case of the desecration of natural landmarks as designated by the Department of Conservation in which case not exceeding one thousand dollars,"
