An Act relative to changing tables in restaurants.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 140 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 6B the following section:-

Section 6C. A person licensed as an innholder or common victualler who operates an establishment that such license holder publicly holds out or advertises as a food establishment serving families with children, including without limitation, by offering a menu of food choices specifically offered or designed for children or advertising or promoting the establishment as one serving families with children, shall provide at least 1 designated diaper-changing area or facility on the premises that are open to all patrons.
