An Act relative to the computerized immunization registry.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: Section 24M of Chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended, at the end of paragraph two, by inserting the following language:
The department shall include in said rules and regulations a system for the persons receiving the vaccinations and their parents or guardians, the option to opt out of having their names and immunization information included in the database.
