An Act promoting HMO billing flexibility.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 176G of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 4X the following section:-
Section 4Y. A health maintenance organization may bill members for the cost of any health services provided in accordance with this chapter on a quarterly basis.
