An Act relative to public safety in hoisting regulations.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 53 of Chapter 146 is hereby amended by adding after subsection (g) the following:

“(h) Subsections (e) (f) (g) shall not apply to a public utility company or other company during the course of an employee strike or lockout except during the period of a declared emergency by the Governor."
