An Act relative to firearms licensing duration and fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 121 of chapter 140, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the second paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following:
The duration of a firearm license or permit shall be for life unless convicted of a felony by a court of law. No fee shall be assessed for any firearm license or permit.
