An Act relative to firearms storage.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 131 of chapter 140, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking adding the following paragraph (g) to the end of the section.
(g) This section shall not apply to premises where no minors reside.
