An Act relative to elevator inspection fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 64 of the Massachusetts General is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following: “A non-profit or charitable organization may apply for a waiver to the state elevator inspection fee.” .
