An Act to promote school safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 10 of Chapter 269 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended, in line 160 by inserting after the words "law enforcement officer" the words ", or a retired law enforcement officer who meets the requirements of 501 CMR 13.02"
