An Act amending M.G.L. 32, s. 4(1)(h).

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Paragraph (h) of Subdivision (1) of Section 4 of Chapter 32, as appearing in the 2014 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph the following paragraph:

Any retired member who served in the armed forces shall be provided with up to four years of creditable service for active service in the armed services of the United States, retroactively to the date of retirement.
