An Act exempting the County of Norfolk from the Massachusetts earned sick time law.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the County of Norfolk and political subdivisions shall be exempt from the Massachusetts Earned Sick Time Law M.G.L. c.149, S. 148c and the accompanying regulations, 940 CMR 33.00.
