An Act relative to state pensions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Acts of 2009 Ch 21 sec 20 is hereby amended to add the following sentence: “No person retired from the Commonwealth who was employed by a regional transit authority on or before July 1, 2009 shall be subject to employment and earnings restrictions in Ch. 32 sec. 91. Any such person who waived their pension per Ch. 32 sec. 90B shall have their pension restored effective on the date of the waiver.
