In the One Hundred and Ninetieth General Court

An Act relative to retirees of the department of corrections.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 105 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the words “5 or section 10” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- section 5, 10, 28M or 28N.
