An Act relative to sales on Sundays.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

MA General Laws Chapter 136 Section 6, clause (50) is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and replacing it with the following:-

(50) The keeping open of a store, shop or facility for the sale or delivery of retail goods directly to consumers, but not including the retail sale of goods subject to chapter 138, and the performance of labor, business, and work directly connected therewith on Sunday.
