An Act relative to fee reimbursement.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Chapter 58A, Section 7, of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 official edition, is amended by inserting after the phrase ‘chapter 62C’ the following: "if said appellant is successful in their appeal, then the appellee shall cover all fees paid to the clerk as determined under Chapter 7, Section 3B."

SECTION 2: Chapter 58A, Section 10, of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 official edition is hereby amended by inserting after “___” the following: “if the appellant identified under Chapter 58A, Section 7 is successful in their appeal, then the appellee identified under Chapter 58A, Section 7 shall cover any costs assessed to the appellant under this section.”
