An Act relative to local aid funding.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 29 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after Section 71 the following section:-
Section 72. The state shall annually fund local aid within the general appropriation act at an amount not less than the total local aid amount for fiscal year 2007.
