An Act regarding Huntington's Disease awareness month.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

Section 15YYYYY. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the month of May as Huntington’s Disease Awareness Month in Massachusetts.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
