An Act relative to the Committee for Public Counsel Services.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 6B of chapter 211D, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following paragraph:-

No member of the general court shall directly or indirectly receive or request compensation from anyone, in relation to the duties prescribed in section 5.
