An Act relative to CPCS reimbursement.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 6B of chapter 211D, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following paragraph:-

No member of the general court shall directly or indirectly receive or request compensation, in relation to the duties prescribed in section 5.
