An Act relative to municipal compensation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The host community in the Commonwealth shall receive twenty-five percent (25%) of the fines awarded when a power plant is required to pay fines to a state agency.
