An Act regarding U.S. manufacture of green energy products.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 25A Section 10 by adding the following paragraph:
"That any Green Energy project in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that uses state or federal funding subsidies shall be made from 100% domestic products in their entirety. Green Energy shall include, but not be limited to, wind and solar projects commercial and residential. Proof of manufacturing origin shall be verified prior to funding subsidies."
