Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The bureau of the state house, in consultation with the Massachusetts art commission, Massachusetts historical commission, and George A. Warren of Whitinsville, shall study the feasibility of relocating the Massachusetts liberty bell replica #8 to a more accessible location to the general public in the interior of the state house and shall submit a final report of its findings and recommendations with the clerks of the house and senate not later than December 31, 2018.
