An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Lanesborough as the Sergeant Gregory Aloysius Noonan Bridge.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

          SECTION 1. The Miner Road bridge crossing over the town brook in the town of Lanesborough shall be designated and known as the Sergeant Gregory Aloysius Noonan Bridge, in honor of United States Army Sergeant Noonan who served during the Vietnam War. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers on the bridge bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.

          SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
