An Act relative to bicycle safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11B of Chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding, in line 89, after the word “occurred”, the following new subsection:-
(12) The operator of a bicycle shall be prohibited from wearing headphones.
