An Act relative to implementing the Massachusetts yellow dot program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 6C of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
Section 77. The secretary of transportation shall promulgate rules and regulations to implement and promote a program designed to alert first responders to an automobile accident that a person in the vehicle involved in the accident has pertinent medical information within the vehicle, known as the “Yellow Dot” program.
