An Act relative to the use of liquid calcium chloride on state highways.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 85 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 7B the following section:-
Section 7C. No person shall use liquid calcium chloride for the treatment, prevention or removal of snow or ice on roads or bridges within the commonwealth, or for any other related purpose.
