An Act extending veterans status for the National Guard and reserves.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. clause 43 of section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 317, after the words “of the United States,” the following:- “or are eligible to retire under Section 31 of Chapter 33,”
