An Act relative to dental licensing exams.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 47 of Chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of said section the following sentence:- “The examination shall not require the performance of any irreversible procedure upon a live patient.”
