An Act for aesthetics, barbering, cosmetology, electrolysis, hairdressing and manicuring mobile businesses and services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 87V of Chapter 112, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph the following paragraph: - The board shall promulgate rules and regulations for mobile business and mobile services including their facilities, personnel, safety and sanitary requirements.
SECTION 2: The board shall commence drafting rules and regulations within 90 days of the passage of this act.
