An Act relative to updating the used car law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7N ¼ of Chapter 90 is hereby amended in sub-section (B) by striking out in clause (iii) the words “one hundred and twenty-five thousand miles” and inserting in its place thereof the following words:- “one hundred and forty-five thousand miles”
Section 7N ¼ of Chapter 90 is hereby further amended by striking out in sub-section (B) clause (7) the words “seven hundred dollars” and inserting in its place the following: - “two thousand five hundred dollars.”
