An Act relative to used police cars sold at auction.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 92A of chapter 266 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "by a fine of not less than ten nor more than five hundred dollars" and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars for a first offense. Second and subsequent offenses shall carry a fine of not less than one thousand dollars.
