An Act regarding ballot voting options.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: As so appearing in the Massachusetts General Laws, 2014 Official Edition, Section 34 of chapter 53 is hereby amended by inserting after the last sentence the following:-
"Each ballot shall offer “None of the Above” as a voting option."
