An Act relative to the scientific strategic planning of the Commonwealth’s fishery.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 3 of Chapter 21A as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the third paragraph the following paragraph:-
The secretary shall annually prepare a report relative to the research to be conducted. Such scientific plan shall be available to the public and shall mention any cooperative research plans being planned or undertaken to manage the Commonwealth’s fisheries and shellfisheries.
