An Act relative to electronic filing fees for limited liability companies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 12 of chapter 156C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 42, the words "five hundred dollars" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- $500 if the report is filed manually and shall be $475 if the report is filed electronically.
