An Act relative to assault or battery against a police officer.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 39 of Chapter 265 of the General Law, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 5, after the word disability; the following words:-or actual or perceived employment as a police officer.
