An Act to facilitate separate settlements in multi-defendant negligence cases.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 85 of Chapter 231 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “sought”, in line 11, the following words:- and persons whose liability has been discharged pursuant to section 4 of chapter 231B.
