An Act clarifying the rights of employees in education collaboratives.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 4E of chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence after the first sentence in the ninth paragraph:-

The provisions of sections forty-one, forty-two, forty-two D and forty-three of chapter 71 shall apply to each category of employees named in those sections who serve in education collaboratives.
