An Act relative to interest required to be paid by municipalities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6C of chapter 231 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "commonwealth" the following:- or any political subdivision thereof.
SECTION 2. Section 6I of chapter 231 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "commonwealth" the following:- or any political subdivision thereof.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
