An Act to increase penalties for heroin trafficking.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 94C, section 32E of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting, after subsection (c) (4), the following section:-

(5) Any persons found guilty of trafficking heroin that results in the death of the user is to be punished by the terms set forth in Chapter 265, Section 13 of the Massachusetts General Laws.
